Check pieces regularly for wear or damage. Stop using a damaged piece and keep it away from children and pets.
Clips, rings, straps and carabiners are for light accessories only. Not for climbing or any load-bearing use.
Remove all packaging before use and keep it for future reference: it carries the product identification and any further warnings.

Product identification

Every product has a unique product ID (for example WV-001), shown on its product page under “Size & build” and on the packaging. Please quote it when you contact us.

Report a safety concern

If you think a WOVARK product is unsafe or has caused harm, stop using it and email support@wovark.shop with your order number, the product ID and a photo if possible. We take every report seriously, investigate it and, where needed, inform the relevant authorities.
